     Northern Regional Director of the National Institute of Medical Emergency

  • Medical Lieutenant Colonel of the Portuguese Army.
  • Maintains hospital activity in the Emergency Room of the intensive care unit and within the specialty of General Surgery.
  • Maintains Pre-Hospital activity —VMER, HEMS, CODU and Events.
  • He was responsible for the Greenways of the Central Region of INEM from 2014 to 2019,
  • He was responsible for the installation and Coordinator of VMER do Barreiro between 2016 and 2018.
  • Participation in multi-casualty and catastrophe events with national and international coordination and/or operational functions.
