Emel Eryüksel completed her Pulmonary and Critical Care education in 2008 at Marmara University, Istanbul. Since then, she has been working as a consultant faculty member in the Marmara University Medical Intensive Care Unit. Her primary focus within intensive care lies in mechanical ventilation applications, while also encompassing interests in ECMO, respiratory muscles, and sepsis . Additionally, she holds the position of Vice President at the Society of Turkish Intensivists.
