Mehmet Yasir Pektezel graduated from the Ankara University School of Medicine in 2011. Then, he completed both his neurology residency and his critical care medicine fellowship at Hacettepe University Medical School in 2016 and 2020, respectively. He has just obtained his associate professor degree, approved by the Turkish Ministry of Health, in both neurology and critical care medicine departments. He is now working as an intensivist at Kahramanmaras Necip Fazil City Hospital, Turkey.
