Dr Nilufer Yalindag-Ozturk is a Professor of Pediatrics at Marmara University School of Medicine. She also serves as the head of Pediatric Critical Care Division since 2011.
She has received her medical degree from Marmara University in 1990.
She completed her residency in Pediatrics at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital, University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey (UMDNJ) USA in 1997, and her fellowship in Pediatric Critical Care at Children’s Medical Center, University of Texas Southwestern (Dallas, Texas, USA) in 2000.
She is currently the deputy chair of respiratory failure section at ESPNIC, and chair of respiratory section at Turkish Society of Pediatric Emergency and Critical Care.
Her current interests are geared towards avoiding harm in PICU, non-invasive approaches in patient management (including NIV).
